BICHECTOMY

  • A procedure to decrease the volume of the cheeks:
    • Fat bags are removed (called bichat bags)
    • It improves oval and facial contour, providing a harmonious and youthful appearance, by highlighting the cheekbones and the facial frame.
    • It is a simple procedure, with local anesthesia; bichat bags are extracted through two small incisions made inside the mouth; the procedure lasts approximately 45 minutes; recovery is quick with analgesics and antibiotics
